Junie Lamour is the founder and managing partner of Junie Lamour Law, PLLC, a firm that provides services in both immigration and personal injury. Junie has dedicated her career to providing expert legal guidance and compassionate support to help families navigate immigration challenges. She has successfully represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration Court in diverse matters including family-based petitions, Adjustment of Status, VAWAs, Waivers, Asylum, Citizenship, Naturalization, Consular Processing, Appeals and Removal Defense.
Junie Lamour was born and raised in Port au Prince, Haiti. At the age of seventeen, she moved to the United States with her family in the pursuit of the American Dream. She graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During her time in law school, she served as the President for the Immigration Law Organization and as Vice President of the Christian Legal Fellowship Society.

She was a Junior Staff member of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She interned at the NSU Children and Families Law Clinic and at Catholic Legal Services Archdiocese of Miami where she assisted indigent clients in family and immigration matters. Throughout her journey in law school, Junie Lamour earned several prestigious awards including the Florida Bar Fellow Award and the Ovid and Clare Lewis Public Interest Fellowship, highlighting her exceptional dedication to making a positive impact in her community.
As an immigrant herself, Junie Lamour understands the hurdles and challenges that immigrants face daily, and she has diligently worked to assist immigrant families in pursuing their immigration dreams. She has a strong work ethic and brings empathy and compassion to her client interactions. Junie Lamour is fluent in English, Creole, French, and Spanish.

Makenson Lamour serves as Operations Manager. He holds graduate degrees in both Business and Law, which enable him to navigate complex operational challenges while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Sawika Laguerre

Sawika Laguerre is a Paralegal with extensive experience supporting attorneys in personal injury and immigration law. She provides support in immigration law matters, assisting attorneys and clients with the preparation of immigration applications, organization of supporting documentation, and filing processes. She is committed to guiding clients through complex legal procedures with clarity, professionalism, and care. In addition, she has been actively involved in handling personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution, assisting with the collection and review of medical records, preparation of demand packages, coordination with insurance companies, and the organization of detailed case files. Her thorough approach and attention to detail contribute to the efficient and effective management of each case. Recognized for her professionalism, and dedication to confidentiality, Sawika strives to ensure that every client receives attentive support and a high standard of legal service. Sawika is fluent in English, French, Creole and Spanish.
Adriana Rueda Pimiento

Adriana Rueda Pimiento is a bilingual legal professional with strong experience in immigration law support. She currently works as a Paralegal, where she assists with court scheduling, client coordination, and the preparation and filing of immigration matters including asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, TPS, consular processing, and removal defense before EOIR. Adriana is highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for her ability to manage sensitive information, meet deadlines, and provide reliable support in fast-paced legal environments. Her background as an executive assistant further strengthens her administrative, communication, and case management skills.
